Material: Nylon
Temperature: -40℃ to +80℃ (-40℉ to +176℉) It can withstand corrosion from many chemicals which makes it a good choice in areas where exposure to certain chemicals is a possibility.
Nylon tubing is resistant to wear and stretch, it is also more corrosion resistant than other types of pneumatic hose. It has a long service life.
PA hose has good temperature resistance, can work in the environment of -40 – 121 °C. It is a common nylon heat resistant tubing. The resistance is extremely large and can be used as an insulator. It has a lighter weight and tough wall, smaller bend radius, is easy to install without any special tools, can work in tight spaces flexibly.
Nylon Tubing Size
The size range of Nylon tubing that can be produced is also very wide, with outer diameters ranging from 4mm to 22mm. PA6 has higher strength and the working pressure can reach up to 6.7Mpa.
Applications of Nylon Tube
Nylon hose can transport air, water and chemicals for irrigation control systems, food plants, vacuum systems etc. Our pneumatic nylon hose is widely used in light trucks, automobile air brake hoses, forklifts etc. It can be used as fuel delivery hose for vehicles and ships. nylon pneumatic hose can be used as air line on pneumatic controls systems, lines for air compressors. Due to its insulating properties, it is also used in the electrostatic insulator industry.
